[Warfork Fantasy Battles]¶
Bretonnian Chevaliers Errants¶

Being still in the flash-removing-mode, I started preparing the next unit(s), which will be Bretonnian Knights. The models are all Black Tree, a mix of their 100 Years War and Fantasy ranges. The bases are again from Product for Wargamers.

The knights are all prepared for basecoating. I exchanged the shields from the fantasy models for the same as from the historical knights, to have a unifying element.

Most lances were good to work with, slight bends could be eased out. From some of the historical models though, the lances were very bend and quite thin - looking at them askew bend them again. So I decided to replace them with brass rod.

The bases of all the horses are done.

The horses are done, as well as the backside if the shields. Next, I will paint individual riders, complete with horse barding and shield front.

The first knight is done. Anyone having some spare free hand painting talent you would be willing to part with...?

The second knight is done.

The next couple of knights are done, although I fell behind in posting.

The next two of knights are done.

The last 'regular' knight of the historical models is done, the next two will be unit champion and standard bearer before moving on to the fantasy style models.
