[Spirit Island]¶
Towns¶

To finish the models, I layered several different flock types/colours from Woodland Scenics to the base.

Here is a game board with lands with the exact same content; on the left are the models from the game, on the right the ones I painted.

[Spirit Island]¶
Towns¶

The models were smoothed into the bases with filler, then the white filler was painted brown and drybrushed earth.

[Spirit Island]¶
Towns¶

The towns were washed with oil paints.

I used a thin wash of green near to the ground to represent moss, then brown over that and a little bit higher up to represent mud splatter, and finally black everywhere where I thought I needed some more definition.

Then the models were glued to the poker chips.

[Spirit Island]¶
Towns¶

The towns are painted.

[Spirit Island]¶
Towns¶

I basecoated the towns in black.

[Spirit Island]¶
Towns¶

As replacements of the towns for Spirit Island, I choose 'BG105 Courtyard Farm' from Irregular Miniture's 2mm range.

The models nearly fit the Koplow Casino Stacking Poker Chips they will be mounted on, I hust had to clip back the base a bit and cut away the two trees at the corner of the barn.

Here are all the models.
