I finished the TecServ truck by adding scratches in various places.
Next up are the three ConServ vehicles. First, I added shading to the orange with umber shade wash.
The windows were painted in the two base colours as well as all the metal areas in aluminium.

I painted in more details, like the headlights, the metal areas, etc.
While painting the metal and blue on this model, I also painted the missing cow catcher from my last order, and was able to complete the Ranger.

I did not manage to do much painting lately, being in some kind of lethargy concering painting. This was also not helped by the fact, that I suffer from fever and influenza or something, having me knocked out more or less since last Saturday. To get back on this subject, I designed the needed wheels for the ConServ vehicles, trying to simualte the style of Jon's wheels. Here are the results, probably still with some fever induced features...
Now I need to schedule a meeting with Michael, a friend who owns a 3d printer.
The models I did with SketchUp.

The MedVTOL is done except some decals - which I need to design and have custom printed; like red crosses, danger lettering for the fans, MedServ lettering, etc.
The yellow-black areas again show I am not good at all at free hand design painting... :-/

Some progress on the MedVTOL.
I painted the windows, then blacklined them. The fans were painted Aluminium and washed.
I then shaded the vehicle with SWW011 Cool Grey.

Armed Civilians¶
The models were basecoated with Vallejo primer applied by airbrush (photographed together with the Free Traders).

Free Trader Crew¶
The models were basecoated together with the Space Pirates (photographed with them). The mule was also basecoated, then sprayed black from below, then sprayed yellow all around.

The models were treated first with a Vallejo basecoat from the airbrursh.
The ground vehicles got a black spray coat from underneath
The MedServ VTOL was sprayed light grey all around, then white from above as a first highlight.
The ConServ vehicles were sprayed in flat orange, then highlighted with a bright orange sprayed from above.
TecServ was sprayed grey on the lower half, then blue on the upper half.

Armed Civilians¶
The space pirates were cleaned and based. Where possible I bent the arms of duplicate models to change the pose of the second one slightly, one model got a V cut into his arm for the replacement which I then covered with miliput (the model in the front, the model directly behind is the original model).
