[Warfork Fantasy Battles]¶
Bretonnian Chevaliers Errants¶

The first knight is done. Anyone having some spare free hand painting talent you would be willing to part with...?

[Warfork Fantasy Battles]¶
Bretonnian Chevaliers Errants¶

The horses are done, as well as the backside if the shields. Next, I will paint individual riders, complete with horse barding and shield front.

[Song of Fork and Heroes]¶
Mythical Agyptian Spearmen¶

The first four models are done.

[Warfork Fantasy Battles]¶
Bretonnian Chevaliers Errants¶

The bases of all the horses are done.

[Song of Fork and Heroes]¶
Mythical Agyptian Spearmen¶

The models are all cleaned, armed with spears, glued to their bases and their integral bases bevelled to the metal base with filler.

[Song of Fork and Heroes]¶
Mythical Agyptian Spearmen¶

The last models of human infantry are spearmen. I have two packs as I wanted to have both the bareheaded and the ones with hats - as you cannot buy these models individually, I have to paint 16 of 'em.

I started to clean the models of flash and glue them to their metal bases.

[Warfork_Fantasy_Battles]¶
More Halberdiers¶

The second unit is done.

[Warfork Fantasy Battles]¶
Town House WD131¶

Houses are done.

The first step in adding moss and overgrowth, was to paint all the sand that got glued to where it wasn't intended to in green, washed brown, and drybrushed in two lighter shades.

I then used Woodland Scenics

  • coarse turf burnt grass
  • coarse turf medium green
  • blended turf green blend

I glued on the coarse turf, then covered the whole building side in the green blend, to cover all the gaps between the coarse turf and any areas where the glue was applied to sparsely for the coarse turf to adhere.

I think there are a couple spots where I overdid the effect, but all in all I am happy with the result.

Project done :-)
